Confusing layout, unable to buy more than one ticket at once, very slow response times from app after clicking a button. I hope this app is further refined, because as it is now, it's pretty difficult to use.

It is impossible to visualize the jahreskarte on the smartphone. The menu on the smartphone is different from the one on the instructions page, there is no Aktuelle tab where the jahreskarte should be!! No help, no support, this app is not user friendly and it does not really work as supposed....

Bei App Inkompatibilität nach Smartphone update - bekommt man keine Hilfe sondern Beleidigungen von den Kontrolleuren entgegengeworfen. "Jetz brauchens kanns mehr kaufen" Nach dem ich mit einem ältern smartphone nach Erdberg gefahren bin musste ich zwar nichts mehr zahlen aber eine Frechheit der Sonderklasse war diese behandlung wie üblich bei fast allen Kontakten mit den Wienerlinien. Da die App nur hin und wieder mal funktioniert - 1 Stern

It should be included in qando and not be extra. Also it needs to be stabilized, sometimes my ticket disappears when I try to open it and I have to refresh to make it come back again.

Funktioniert mal ja, mal nicht. Dass die man grundsätzlich 4 verschiedene apps für eine Funktion braucht ist mir schleierhaft, in anderen Ländern geht das großartig
