Does not allow to buy the cheapest 'short' ticket which is valid for 4 stops. Also requires an account which obviously is not required for analog tickets bought from their ticket automatons.

account creation was a nightmare. deleted the app even though app ticket buying would helpful, it wasnt worth the headache!

registrierung funktioniert nicht mehr. wsl besser so, da die linz ag kontrolleure offenbar unfähig sind hier gekaufte tickets anzuerkennen. absolute zumutung und extrem peinlich für die linz ag, die keine anzeichen zeigt diese probleme zu lösen. app am besten vom playstore entfernen

...nicht sehr kundenfreundlich, viel zu umständlich die registrierung. wozu braucht ihr all diese daten? ich geh auch nicht zum automaten und erzähl dem meine lebensgeschichte. ich will doch nur 1 ticket, schnell...

App tut was sie soll, auch wenn umständlich. Anmeldung war grauenhaft lang, zuviele Daten und Wartezeiten. Ticket kaufen war okay, gute Übersichr über die verschiedenen Tickets. Würde mir eine Kaufoption für Hunde wünschen.

Ich konnte nicht registrieren. Psw muss zwischen 8-20 zeichen sein mit zahl oder sondercharacter. Habe ich 10 min versucht bevor ich zu fuß gegangen bin.
