This app is exclusively in German, unlike VGN, which operates in both German and English. My primary issue with this app is its failure to display a user photo alongside the ticket QR code, despite having uploaded my picture. Despite reaching out to the creators for assistance, my concerns have been met with indifference.

For me, the camera is not working when i try to unlock the bike. I checked that it has the proper permissions. But overall a good app. It would also be grea if i could have the possibility to creata some shortcuts. For example click fewer buttons when i want to unlock a bike. You can buy all the needed tickets for public transport from this app(they are cheaper online). And it also has integration with Google pay

Unfortunately there is no good overview of where it is not allowed to leave the bike.I always put the bike at the wöhrder wiese ubahn stop, but sometimes I have no service costs, but twice I was charged 20 Euro service costs because it was not in the white area.I dont understand why a uban station is not completely within the allowed area.Especially when there are by default other Vag bikes parked.Would be useful if you could use the app instead of a card to prove your yearly subscription.

Very counter-intuitive app. I couldn't find an option to add my already purchased D-ticket, and there's no tab for VAG rad 🤔
