I couldn't finish my registration?

Anfangs fand ich die App super, doch mittlerweile bin ich nur noch enttäuscht. Kassenbons werden nicht oder nur teilweise vergütet. Anfragen an den Kundenservice bleiben unbeantwortet oder werden falsch beantwortet. - Eine Korrektur der Fehlbuchung hat bei mir nicht stattgefunden. Sehr schade auch, dass die Mindestpunktzahl zum Prämienbestellen teilweise verdoppelt wurde (siehe Q10 Gesichtscreme)

Ganz am Anfang war alles gut aber nachdem ich an eine Aktion teilgenommen habe, meine Beleg wurde für schon mehr als ein Monat nicht geprüft, habe ich zweimal an Kundendienst geschrieben auch kein antwort. Also von mir nur zwei Sterne ( wegen Kundendienst)
