Very badly done, on returning the bike you might get issues and the rental time is prolonged for 10min or more while the bike claims not to be at a Station. Also the rental time might skip foreward duribg this process. The phone service is only in spanish and you need to fight through a robot call defense System, while the rental time is srill runnung. :(

Worked, used it twice. Pricing is ok but process for sign-up is cumbersome (when compared to renting a car even) Also, when i was close to 30min i could conveniently not return my bike, charging me extra, while my gf could use my hotspot to return hers. Not sure thats the way to go..

Horrible app! Does not work at all. Couldn't get past the registration and it made my phone crash.

Once we got through the set up and stopped trying to hire multiple bikes on a single device, it was super simple. Used multiple times. Patience and stick with it!

Poor. The app kept failing and the service is too expensive compared to other bike sharing services in much bigger European cities. Also, I couldn't find an option to delete my account. I contacted the support team two days ago but I haven't heard back yet.

Worst app I have ever tried. Clunky, slow and buggy. If the service was good it wouldn't matter but for the price they rent the bikes it is not worth it.
