There are multiple problems with this app: - no option to exclude swap offers - no option to exclude assisted living requirements (WBS) - multiple offers every day that are obvious scam (same pictures in multiple offers, ridiculously low prices, NO CONTACT INFORMATION - why would you even allow someone to offer without requiring to provide contact info?!) I have been making a lot of use of the "report suspicious offer function". I'll probably get a paid account on another platform.

The property location on the map are completely broken (atleast in Hamburg). E.g. Apartments in Marienthal are shown in Barmbek and Winterhude properties in Horn. It is impossible to use the map to find the right apartment.

No sync with searches saved in your account on your webpage. Text is not copyable, so if I want to search for an address or send an email, I need to type instead of simply copy and paste. Update: when I get an email notification about a new object, I can open this object in the app from the email, but if I simply open the app, it is not present, and appears only after some time! This makes the app even more useless. Upd: notifications about new objects come with a delay of up to half an hour!

Recently, a lot of the offers are scam. Fake pictures are used (sometimes repeated across multiple adds). The providers reply privately via email asking for private information, claiming they live somewhere abroad, and that a visit will be possible after paying a deposit. A more thorough verification by immowelt would be very important (for example, check for repeated pictures to detect false offers) Search parameters from the app the app and website are not synchronized. Messages sent from the website are not visible in the app. Edit (-1 star): for over a week now, the exact same scam, with same pictures, price, etc... appears every day. I report it, it gets taken down, just to be re-uploaded from a different account the next day. Can't believe you can't block this. No programmers at immowelt?

The notifications for a new object posting are not sent on time and there are lots of scammers in this App.
