This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Hamburg on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

Beim Versuch im Seitenmenü "Hamburg CARD" aufzurufen, erscheint lediglich die kurze Meldung "Not now" - warum?

Maps etc. take forever to download. Distances to the attractions are incorrect.

A good addition to the Hamburg card. I would not use it for navigation or deciding which bus or train to take, but it's great as an audio guide, it has the information about places that offer discounts for Hamburg card holders. On my phone, it didn't clash with any other apps.

After installing, Google maps crashes and fails to load. Never seen this with any other app and indicates a serious clash.

Search facility doesn't work, field just clears on Return. Shame, because there is much information here.
