Works pretty well but its completely unacceptable that it doesn't tell you when a bus is cancelled. Been stood at bus stops many times but bus doesn't come. App says it's running!

Well would like the app to work but it keeps freezing and want let you do anything with it witch is couring my phone to freeze

Was doing great until it stopped working

My ticket disappeared after update and change the region but Support helped me. It's better to not touch any setting if you have already a ticket. If your ticket disappear, you need to write an email to the support and in meantime just need to prove bus driver that your ticket hasn't expired (by showing receipt and prove that you are owner).

It cannot be used outside the uk. I have bought a ticket from luton-victoria london. Due to it isseu i dint not receive the tiket. Customer service said it can help by downloading a m.ticket to the ap but the app doenst work outside the uk. So a refund to be done within 6 working days. Rubish.

I use the greenline service regularly and the live tracking is spot.. if the service is running early (it does happen) I know to run to the stop, but if it is running late (happens too) I have time to grab a coffee and some fries!

App Features

1. Trip Planner
This will help you plan how to get from A to B. It can detect where you are and plan from there, or you can tell it where you want your journey to begin. It will work from postcodes, bus stop name, or place names.

2. Live Map
This will default to your current location, but you can set it to show any starting point, and it will show you a map of your route with the buses actually moving along the route.

3. Bus Times
It will either use your current location or you can input a different bus stop to start from, and it will tell you the time of the next busses buses from that bus stop.

4. m-tickets
This will link you through to the Arriva m-ticket app, which will enable you to buy tickets on your mobile phone.
