Much worse interface than competition. Often errors in booking, have been charged double and impossible to get contact through system or mail.

The way foodora uses notifications to try to get you back to the app is totally unacceptable and quite frankly sickening. I wish I could flag this app as spam.

Keeps wanting me to rate something. I tap the notification to rate anyrhing, but it just open the app. Used the app to order once. Ordered burger and fries. The food took about the estimated time to get here. It was cold when it got here. Fries was not just not warm anymore. Just plain cold, below body temp. Burger was luke warm. Don't know if it was the fault of the food-place or foodora. Or maybe I don't use foodora right and it is only suitable for sushi?

I have placed an order and it has been now 2 hours and it is not delivered. I asked to cancel and they said it was impossible because the order is ready for pickup. So, they accepted my order without having enough courier available to deliver and I need to wait until someone pick it. Instead of the support tell me that they will reimburse me for the order I will need to reclaim it myself by sending an email. Worst experience ever with the app and the support.

Please remove in app ads. Horrible customer service from Foodora. They exclude restaurants for no reason. Some drivers does not know how to find a building even when standing right outside. One driver was smoking in the car with the food. Some drivers try to not having to deliver to the door but have you come and get it. Some drivers call and say they are outside while I can clearly hear them still driving and when I ask them to ring the doorbell, they suddenly cannot. This even with good tip

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Customer service is horrendous, don't expect a mail back & no phoneline. After personally having my order double charged even though I received notification that first payment was unsuccessful, they attempted to deliver food twice. I explained that notification stated unsuccessful payment for first order & that my order was still in my bucket they refused to refund because the 4 minutes apart from the first was too long DISHONEST BUSINESS.
