Why why why can't companies in Germany make a proper digital app. Give it up please and ask developers in the other EU countries to make digital apps. How do you have a ticket app that you can't purchase tickets.

VRN, please change your payment provider (Logpay) as they are not able to properly manage means of payment (i e I cannot pay for tickets and thus not buy tickets throigh this app). Both VRN and Logpay unfortunately don't care whether this poses an issue for their clients. It might therefore just be fair and consequential to discontinue this app.

It's the worst app I have ever seen. Worst, the most useless, the most disfunctional. it's supposed to be a ticket app yet you cannot buy tickets.

ich habe mich registriert weil ich erhofft hatte durch paypal einfach tickets kaufen zu können, aber das war wohl zu viel verlangt. mein konto löschen scheint auch nicht zu funktionieren. furchtbar.

Update 12.02. Greencity Tarif geht noch immer nicht mit der App!!!! Die App hat folgendes Problem: Gibt man eine Verbindung in Mannheim über die Suche ein, wird angezeigt, dass das Ticket 1,80€ kostet. Man kann das Ticket auswählen, aber nicht bezahlen, da vom System eine Preisstufenangabe verlangt wird. Das Feld ist aber nicht aktiv, sodass einem nichts anderes übrig bleibt, als ein Ticket über Preisstufe 1 für 2,10€ zu kaufen.
