Trouble Pairing? PLEASE READ... If you have a Tempur/Dreams/Hypnos bed/HE150 control box… For “first time” Bluetooth pairing you must disconnect power to bed for 60 seconds (or disconnect power and press any button on handset a couple of times to drain excess power in control box). Now re-connect power, you should see a white LED illuminated on control box, this is the pairing mode for the handset. If a handset has already previously been paired, press any button, the White LED should now turn off and a Blue LED should be illuminated. This blue LED signals bluetooth pairing mode for 60 seconds. Now open the Okin Smart Remote App and go to settings and “Select Device”. Select your device from the list. Pairing is complete, you should now be able to open the App anytime and it will auto connect.

App gets stuck in a "Select Device - Scan for devices" loop and will not go back to the front screen of the app no matter how much I try. Even clearing the app data and app cache doesn't help The requirement for GPS location to be enabled is not only invasive and unnecessary, but it is impractical and annoying. You don't need the device location to be forced on. Make it optional with an opt in process if you want to gather location data for research or servicing

It's a good app and functions correctly with an android smartphone over the last 2 months, but when I required a pairing with my Google Chromebook, it demands a GPS service to be enabled before the bluetooth pairing procedure is completed with their HE150 control box. This app shouldn't require a GPS or location based service like other well known smart app developers in the market, otherwise you are simply devoloping an app that is rather limited for use on alternative android devices..

app won't connect to bed,instruction are covered by to photos so they are not able to be read. Also sent Okin an email and no response from them.

After being contacted by DewertOkin, I have managed to connect the App to my Tempur bed base. TEMPUR TAKE NOTE! All good now. Thanks DewertOkin. Excellent customer service from the UK dept.
