Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing GCC Detector by NOVO-TECH on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

Der GCC Detector als App zur Erkennung von Terrassendielen für das NOVO-TECH Rücknahmesystem.

Neben der hohen Materialgesundheit ist die Kreislauffähigkeit von Produkten ein wichtiges Kriterium der bei uns gelebten Cradle to Cradle-Philosophie.

Um die Rückführung der Produkte aus unserem zertifizierten GCC-Holzwerkstoff (German Compact Composite) zu erleichtern, haben wir diese App zur Dielenerkennung entwickelt. Mit der Fotoaufnahme der Schnittfläche einer nicht mehr benötigten Terrassendiele wird automatisch erkannt, ob es sich dabei um ein Produkt von NOVO-TECH handelt. Dabei werden die Bilder auf unserem Server analysiert, das Ergebnis wird Ihnen innerhalb kurzer Zeit per E-Mail zugesandt.

Wird die Diele positiv identifiziert, kann das Material unserem Rücknahmesystem zugeführt werden und somit wieder als Rohstoff für eine neue Produktgeneration dienen. Dielen, die nicht aus unserem GCC-Holzwerkstoff bestehen, können wir nicht weiterverarbeiten und müssen separat entsorgt werden.

Beachten Sie bitte auch die Anleitung für eine ideale Aufnahme. Die Dielenerkennung befindet sich noch in der Erprobungsphase. Daher können u.U. auch bei korrekter Anwendung falsch-positive und falsch-negative Ergebnisse auftreten. Bitte wenden Sie sich an unseren Support, wenn Ihnen das Ergebnis nicht als korrekt erscheint.

Zur Aufnahme und Speicherung der Bilder benötigt die App Zugriff auf die Kamera und den lokalen App-Speicher. Für den Upload benötigen Sie eine aktive Internetverbindung über WLAN oder mobile Daten. Ob und in welcher Höhe Ihnen hier Kosten entstehen, erfragen Sie bitte bei Ihrem Anbieter.
