the system design is very poor. The app shows you that the driver will arrive in 3 mins but the driver actually arrive in very different time. The app can't estimate the time since the app show 3 options ( 3 mins, 6 mins and 9 mins) to the driver when they decide to take the trip. Therefore, it is driver decides the time not the real-time data such as traffic ect.

Almost great, but for not English speakers... Even if you select "English", the main call-a-taxi UI is still in Chinese (even the important buttons). Can't use English addresses copied from Google Maps. Funny enough, there's English for almost everything EXCEPT calling a taxi 🚖.

Reservation for a ride to the airport was cancelled 10 minutes before scheduled pick up time, without warnings, explainations, nor alternatives. .. will use Uber next time

It's been terribly laggy recently! Had to wait for nearly 3~5 mins before I can choose my location, and even if I've already got a cab the system still jumps back to entering my location page. Improve it asap please
