Easy to use but I wish they would display the cookies descriptions when ordering- that way I don't spend $5 on something inedible because it has disgusting cream cheese frosting on it. The Cookie Journal helps you keep track of the ever changing menu so you can avoid eating something you didn't like, or quickly recall how much you loved something else. Highly recommend the app if you want to become a faithful Crumblr!

The app is quick, easy to use, and always shows the place closest too me. I have a few gripes but that's more for how Crumbl runs things than on the app itself (like a $10 delivery charge. Are you completely insane?! That's the highest delivery charge I've ever seen!)

I really hate that it preselects and adds an 18% tip (with the other options being 25% and 32%) and that there is no easily selectable option for $0.00--you have to select the custom tip box and type in $0 because it's prefilled with $2. Suggesting a $9 tip for 7 cookies is absurd. I also hate that I had to "sign up" before being able to use the app to see anything.

I love almost everything about the app - the delicious pictures, the cookie journal, the generous rewards program - but I am rating it 3 stars for the unnecessarily difficult ordering process. There is no way to order from favorite or recent locations so I have to give the app location access for every order. However, the app has never successfully located me, so l still have to use the search bar (which does not accept zip codes) to find my local Crumbl every time. Annoying.

Tip culture... 1 star for the app working as its supposed to. I downloaded the app in a hurry. I hurried through the prompts to buy my cookies for my staff. The tip selection was already highlighted. As my payment was going through, i noticed that it was already prefilled for me to tip for an order that i got in my car to go pick up. This is wrong. I admit that i hurried through the prompts to arrive at the part to charge my card. But whats up with this tip culture. It should not be selected.

EDIT! All previous issues have been resolved! I love being able to order cookies ahead of time! (Original review) 1 star: I really liked the app, but it has gone downhill. It was kind of annoying having to log in and send a code to my phone almost every time I opened the app, but now it won't even load past the payment screen. Really disappointing.
