I've installed & uninstalled this app three times now as, on my android phone, the app constantly flickers at me once I've logged the patients ID & password in, giving me no info only a headache! Great idea Nutricia Homeward, in theory, however absolutely no use sadly

The Homeward App allows users of the Nutricia Homeward Service to receive video calls from their Nutricia Homeward Enteral Nurse Specialist, offering a convenient method of staying in touch with each other.

You can view your video call appointments with ease and even cancel if you’re unable to attend.

If you’re experiencing any issues with your Homeward medical equipment, you can take a picture of the problem and share the photo to your Nutricia Homeward Enteral Nurse Specialist, who will be able to help.

To get started ask your Nutricia Homeward Enteral Nurse Specialists for your unique ID number that will allow you to access the App.
