About this app

El objetivo de la inspección y certificado CSC es impulsar las revisiones para evitar sorpresas cuando se den las inspecciones oficiales del Ministerio de Salud, específicas para calidad e inocuidad de los alimentos.
La inspección y certificado CSC es una evaluación del reglamento 37308-S de acuerdo con los estándares de la norma INTE-ISO/IEC 17020:2012, la cual es imparcial, independiente y confidencial.
Si la nota obtenida de la inspección es igual o mayor a un 70%, el servicio de alimentación al público podrá obtener el certificado CSC. El certificado CSC tiene 3 categorías, con el fin de distinguir la calidad de los Servicios de Alimentación al Público, las categorías son:
Superior sí la nota esta entre 90% a 100%.
Óptimo sí la nota esta entre 80% a 89%.
Estándar sí la nota esta entre 70% a 79%.
Adicional al certificado CSC también se le hace entrega del informe de inspección el cual incluye los puntos obtenidos y las observaciones y evidencias de las conformidades encontradas.
El certificado y el informe de inspección CSC tiene una vigencia de 12 meses.
La inspección es ejecutada por profesionales en Tecnología de Alimentos y Nutrición.
Reconocimiento de la Inspección y Certificado CSC
La inspección y certificado CSC es reconocida por el Ministerio de Salud, cuenta también con convenios con la Fundación Costarricense de Gastronomía (FUCOGA), Asociación Nacional de Chef de Costa Rica (ANCH) y aval del Colegio de Profesionales en Nutrición de Costa Rica.
