The last time I called for a cab it took 2 hours I finally cancelled. Ridiculous! The time before I was at Walmart waking it was 3 hours I couldn't believe it. I had tried the second time thinking it was a flux. You need more drivers! Poor service seriously! And I kept getting automatic call telling me they were looking for a driver form me. That only made it worse! Unbelievable!

3 times i have tried to use this service. 1010 Taxi.. Ztrip..the booking process is somewhat daunting but managable. However, upon completing such booking(s), the app did not coordinate or connect with any driver thus, we were in the dark wondering if a driver would pick us up. We were left no way of convo except via dispatch, whom had no answer regarding any times or pick up. After waiting 30 min, and calling a friend, driver showed, blacklisting our number(s) yet, not once he called.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever encountered. Apparently I made a booking that was not confirmed through the app, although I got an email confirmation. There's no way to go back in and change or delete your information. When I called the company to cancel the ride, I was told the booking didn't exist. Terrible terrible terrible.

Simply does not work. Reserved at 6am to find no ride. Called the taxi operator and found the reservation was booked for 11 am even though on the app it said 6.

App doesn't give car details. Avoid zTrip if possible. Uber would have been 12,85, zTrip was over $20. I'm getting my bike fixed so I don't have to use when getting car serviced.

The driver was the worst traveling4 experience I have ever had. The driver cussed and acted like a fool.... Over charge me twice what it usually cost me when I make the same trip. I've made the trip from the same destination which is And same pick up address it's never costed me over 7.50... I had a round trip from the same destination and it wasn't but 14 dollars .... He charged me 15.00 to go 2.8 miles so if u are planning to use strip in the near future might want to stay away ..
