Despite what others have said, I logged in, filled out the info, snapped a pic of my receipt and submitted it with success in under 5 minutes.

won't open on my desktop.. can't upload anymore receipts. says no computer available to download the program to even though I'm clearly signed in here writing the review.

To cash in a promotional code or to get money back it's just easier and faster to use the website. This app is not user friendly. You need a mouse to fill in some of the information. Especially if your a first time user. I gave up trying to use this app on my tablet and smartphone. I went to my laptop and within 5 minutes I was done. This after wasting 45 minutes with this useless app.

Mobile app has started crashing after one receipt submitted. Very frustrating!! As of 10/23/16 no one has offered an explanation or a projected update to correct this. Does know one care?
