Terrible customer support, this company is also allowing car owners to simply falsify collision reports to add fake amounts to the bill and won't let you check the details of the work done on the car. Never use this company if you drive in a city. A simple scratch will amount to a $2k bill and there's squat you can do because you signed beforehand that you'd pay whatever they'd bill you.

After resevation they try 4 times to pick up 400 € from the card i reseve ..be careful about your money not to be stolen

Nice professional app to rent cars. i would suggest to have the open app just like drivy, i.e, you can rent a car at any time without meeting the owner.

The app in itself isn't bad but the users who rent cars are asking for supplements and additional ouside-of-app payments. There is no way in the app to report these potential scammers. Until this is properly addressed I can only advice people to stay away from this app.

We've tried to pay with a German credit card for half an hour now, with the bottom line being us canceling the rental request after numerous failed attempts and a blocked credit card. Would've liked to rent a car, thanks to Ouicar we're gonna take the bus now.
