Link to download app via playstore from the Zillow App did not work. Had to search playstore & download manually. Finally in app, but it not only doesnt work as described - it just plain doesnt work. After the panorama picture completes, it takes you to a page to 'tag' it, then disappears. No 'save' or other option. I can navigate app, name rooms, even take the panorama, but upon completing the panorama, it automatically goes back to home screen. (I'm tech savvy, and this aint it)

Works without hitches RARELY. It always seems to find a way to not work somewhere in either the shooting, uploading, etc process. Messy updates and changes to the app making it more confusing or hard to find things. I never look forward to using it. I have heard similar feedback for many people I know using it.

Just about one out of every three tours simply won't post straight away, often it takes multiple restarts of the app, deleting scans, changing the address and then back again... maybe it would be less frustrating if the app told you what was the problem, rather than "Sorry something went wrong" or "Sorry this tour can't be posted right now." Also, constantly causes the Theta to crash, or disconnects when standing right next to the camera.

More camera compatibility please. I don't use Ricoh 360 cameras... i use Insta 360 cameras.. specifically the One X and OneX 2. Please add support for these cameras as well, as they're highly rated and great cameras.

It works just fine with my Ricoh Theta 360 camera, and my android phone. The only issue I have is when I upload to the Zillow site, something changes the date. I did a 3d tour today, May 4. When I uploaded I couldn't find my tour, and it was listed under March 2021 toyrs. My phone system date is correct, and my app is recently updated. No idea why this happened.

Android app is better in all ways then trying to use an ipad tablet for me except for some reason it'll randomly pause upload and refuse to unpause for 12 to 24 hours now matter what I do. It did not used to do this. It has done this for 2 listing so far. In real estate 12 hours is too long for this to be up in the air on if it's going to upload or not. I hate Apple and will never purchase their products. Make the android app better on upload and camera connection.
