Don't purchase the plan to submit applications through the app, no one accepts those applications or even views them. Other than that it's a great listing app with a lot of homes to connect you to realtors. It's just hard to get a hold of them through the app, call the number or email they list (if any) for a better service. July 2021

Seems like it's getting worse instead of better. I like that I can go to the listing and it's accurate. I wish every listing would be consistent in showing the rental Zestimate at the top or show unavailable if it isn't. The information is usually accurate and I like that there is a link to the county website for the property I'm looking at. The worst thing I have found recently is that I can't update my property info without a real estate agent. Very annoying and might be a deal breaker...

Doesn't work anyone. I get an email notification of a new house on the market, but when I click the link the app doesn't open that house. Instead it opens a list of hypothetically related houses. It honestly looks like an embedded web page, and behaves like one. It doesn't scroll properly buttons don't work. So in the end I can't look at the house I was emailed nor look at the one proposed.

The app is rarely updated. Still shows homes that have been pending for over a month as available and no offers on them.....seriously?? Also there needs to be a customer comments section where potential buyers can leave comments about the house for other potential buyers to view such as does it have a basement, central air, school district its in, is the plumbing all galvanized and needs to be changed throughout the house.. Not all listing agents are honest and will exclude info.

Excellent overall, could be improved by adding link to flooding data for properties, info on availability of HS internet access, link to lists of HOA restrictions for spcific properties, a comment section for each property visible only to the app user, an ability to sort favorited properties by location (such as city or State) and a favorite "shortlist" for the properties you're 'really' serious about. The app runs perfectly on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

I love browsing for homes here or for decorative ideas. I would like it if there was an option to put a thumbs down for homes that I would definelately not be interested in, so it does not show up in my future searches or on a map. Also I would suggest placing in a topographic map of where flood locations are. It would be very helpful and interesting to see which homes are worth a visit before waisting any time discovering a musty basement smell.
