Update:6/30/2020 Today there was an update. The app works like it used to. You need to connect directly to the units wifi (no internet). Update: 6/10/2020. I contacted Dometic and was told they were working on fixing the app 6 months ago. I hate being lied to. Still no response and it still doesn't work Crashes after my phone updates to version 10. It worked fine before although not very well.

After connecting to the fridge WiFi the app closes and when close every time it is opened. It has worked before with this fridge. The app hasn't been updated in a long time and may not support newer Android versions. Not great with the cost of the fridge... The app finally works with Android again but it too far too long. I will continue to share my negative experiences with Dometic and a strong recommendation to buy another brand.

Installed and first time ran great, after that will not connect even though the cfx network shows as connected. Reinstalled the app, shut down system, restarted and reinstalled the app - DOES NOT WORK?! Huawei P30Pro on Android 10.1. After I calmed down tried it again a clouple of hours later and it worked flawlessly! Have had no problems since and is really useful to monitor/adjust fridge temp and amp draw.

UDATE: Working with this latest update. Running on a Pixel 3xl w/v11beta. ********* Get in line... Like everyone else, no luck with a Pixel 3. Crashes immediately. And WHY is Dometic not responding to any of these reviews? I guess the Customer Service Department is ___________. (you fill in the blank.)

Pay a premium for features that don't work, app just crashes, waste of time and money. Full speed, look at how old some of the comments are, another month passed and no update your developers are a joke, thank god for UK 12 month warranty 👋

How about an update on what's happening ?🤷♂️ It can't be that difficult for you to fix it. Clearly not a priority. Let's get it sorted . . . Apparently your engineers have been working " full speed" on a fix for months and months. WHAT'S HAPPENING ?? You need to give us, your customers feedback as to when it will be fixed, or provide us with a refund for a product that is "not as advertised". PLEASE ADVISE ASAP 😡
