App can be finicky syncing your data. Blue tooth disconnects with the sensor. Spend more time reconnecting than swinging. App removed MLB comparisons. When it works it works and NO BLOATED WASTEFUL SUBSCRIPTION FEES like the others.

The app works great. The ability to see all the telemetry data, a 3D view of the bat plane and impact area, and record video creates an amazing training tool that becomes invaluable and can quickly set your player apart from the rest. My only complaint is the lack of keeping up with newer bats in the bat list. Even now I can't find many 2018 and 2019 and the 2020 models are already out. Keep the list up to date at least with last year's models and this is a hands down five star app!

what the heck?? I've installed, calibrated, added players only to not only not sync properly but I cannot edit any players on the app nor online. An exclamation pops up with no info on what's the error. Unit loses calibration randomly and disconnects. Plus this is a brand new unit, the battery lasts 30 minutes if I am lucky. Really really disappointed this thing wasnt cheap. Over 300 bucks.

Feb 2019 update: often have trouble with calibration. very very frustrating. have deleted reinstalled app, reset sensor, unpaired and repaired with device, rebooted the device. Wasting lots of practice time trying to calibrate! Jul 2019 update: trouble calibrating so we followed online steps to troubleshoot calibration issues. Now Bluetooth pairing is rejected by zepp.. Adding another 20-30 minutes to our practice session just sitting here troubleshooting equipment 'again.

So far it's a great tool. Kids are visual learners and being able to break down swimming analysis in a m.j multitude of ways makes it easier for then ro understand what it is we need to work on. I can go on and on but I'll be repeating many others...ourstanding!
