Horrible, hit search button in provider care section, doesn't do anything but hit the specialist button and says nothing found in 50 mile radius and i live in a small town 20 miles from a large city of 500,000 people. Like most apps anymore lack of testing and lack of attention to detail by IT department and software developers but send an email that will fix the problem

Tired of waiting 6 months to upload a receipt. It's really getting on my nerves. And after that long of waiting, you forget about it and then they send a final notice.

I spend more time trying to upload the required documents than necessary. The app shuts down when I try to read my messages. Its a guess as to what is needed. I cant see the actual options under the optional part to advise.
