Poor!!!! The start fee is excessive. Sometimes you start a low battery and need to switch - in such case, you spend my time and you also charge me extra. Remove it. Make it 0.5 ils to minute and thats it. You also must tell how much battery before selecting the scooter. You also should allow me to save a scooter for 5 minutes without any charge, so i can park my car next to a scooter sure is mine

Overly complicated to create an account. Finally set it up, then you took a deposit from my account. The scooter then wouldn't start at all and my friends couldn't get theirs going either. Eventually someone walking past told us the stopped working at a certain time so we left them and got a taxi. I never got refunded the deposit it took tho!

What is the point of a an identical automated boiler plate response which is identical to all others complaining? I have already complained and had no response to my email. Try answering emails and resolving issues, not advising what people they have already done.

Really poor experience. Customer service was awful too. I have used the help section to raise a complaint but have received no follow up email or call to address this issue so far. Its been more than 3 days.

Review update.. Great idea. Very convenient. Only issue is there is hardly ever any scooters parked in my area but there will be 5 or more scooters parked in other areas.

Scooter shown 24 km left did maybe 3 stopped working no parking spot couldn't leave it there had to push heavy scooter for quite a distance. Even the scooters which show as perfectly fine come up as network issue and can't use it not worth the pain better to use a cab than make yourself angry.

Tips and Notice:

• Users must be 18 years or older to use and operate vehicles.
