Very poor service, Giving the bill of over 96000 which shown before ride was 195,driver wasn't know how to talk to customer, if it's a problem from app so it should be his responsibility to owm it and solve it couldn't blame to customer. Paid over 200 with so much time wasted.

Seniors, u hv an excellent opportunity to excel if u do this right. Launch ur apps only after thorough testing for bugs; this irritates customers.
