Very poor app, for whomever took the decision to launch mobile app or transform the hospital digitally and this mobile app is part of it. Your first step needs a second tbought, the idea is to have a reliable mobile app not just a mobile app. The team developed this should read more about UX, performance tuning, etc.. Good luck.

Once i installed the app, i managed to make an appointment via this app 2 times, after that it is gicing me the error. So i have to call and make the appointment over the phone, which is not really convenient

Always showing lab results as review pending. Also, no response on complaints registered thtough app. Very poor app.

Not reliable. Will randomly stop working completely. No way to extract lab results as pdf to save so u end up taking Screenshots
