Literally took so long to try and find the QR code scanner... And after scanning, I didn't even get anything as a prize? They just brought me to the lucky draw page but I couldn't spin it again as I have already done it today. So I ended up with nothing. Uninstalling this app

When I tried to scan the qr code it doesn't work. I have waited for 5 mins and nothing happened, I even placed the qr code on the box and still it doesn't work.

Full of bugs. I tried ordering via app to pickup at the chong pang outlet and it told me the outlet was temp closed. Lo behold, when I went past it 15mins later, it was well and open!! Recommend to just go to store, dont bother w app, waste your time.

Bought 2 drinks at $5 and got a lucky draw spin. I decided not to do the spin on the actual day (15th Jan) but to wait for 16th Jan to spin together since there are 2 chances (1 from a new day) I might finally get something. But the spin was 1 instead of 2. The system ate my extra spin, I didnt see any notice that we have to use the spin on the day of purchase. Anyway there should be a term or rules for this, imagine someone buying a lot of drinks and their spins all went missing.
