App not working since your new system in the cars went live the other week. Bookings made on app are not being made despite saying confirmed with a booking number. Had to phone 3 times in just over 1 week as cars not turning up.

Picture this; new years and the rain is belting it down. Text comes through " your car is outside" so you go outside and there is nothing. The driver calls and says he is 15 minutes away so you are stood in the torrential downpour till he arrives with his starting fee of £9.50. ridiculous

Updated app early Jan, can no longer track cars, have to call for an update. Sort it out! Was so good before being able to track. Also no longer get confirmation of car unless you call 😕
