The new app has degraded the experience completely. 1. I cannot see the spend on my card and also the details on the previous gift cards gifted are missing. 2. Tried to send a card now, there is no way to proceed after selecting a contact. I had to manually input the details to proceed. 3. Inaccurate spend details on my cards. The previous app had a much more intuitive user experience. Please review the user experience again.

good with wide options to spend. but sometimes the app is buggy. I added credit with debit card but I had to request customer support several times and got processed the next day. where as direct purchase through debit card in online shopping portals is always immediate. never payment under processing status for 2 days !

This is bad application. I bought the card twice and had to cancel both times. The first shows that the card is used. The second one shows that the card is not present. This company is fake. Be careful while buying the card

Could not know the remaining balance in voucher. Please update the app accordingly or fully consumed vouchers should directly go to redeemed option with intimation

The whole point of the app is to make life easier and more convenient. But we cannot see the balance in our card nor are the used cards automatically removed or adjusted to show the new balance. The app is nothing more than a placeholder for the barcodes. Nothing more.
