Great app, only issue I have is that if I don't scan the receipt the same day it won't allow me to add my points. I've had this happen a few times where I go to a drive-thru on my work lunch break, get busy the rest of the day and when I go to scan it, it says receipt too old and it hasn't even been 24 hours. It doesn't mention a time limit anywhere on the app or the restaurant as far as I'm aware of.

The app is buggy and crashes frequently. Another concern is that it is difficult to manage payment information. I wanted to remove a payment method I added and add a different one, but there is no interface to do that. This is poor design and also a security issue if someone is unable to change their payment information.

not existent so i downloaded the app because its so much easier to order from an app , pay and just pick up..it would save a lot of time..technically i should not be able to rate it if i cannot use it...i downloaded it a couple times and it just never opens...i forced closed it , i closed it and open it again and it never works...just never opens it stays stuck on the orange screen with the logo in the middle and never opens....idk how to rate that...

This app is terrible. I have received flyer which has a coupon code on it. I have followed the instruction, however the coupon does not apply at checkout! Don't buy Yoshinoya through app. Go to their store directly and buy over there.

The app is still filled with lots of bugs. Promotions such as free avocado do not go through and you are charged even when there is a promotion going on.

Tried using the rewards but the restaurant didn't receive it and when I showed my email receipt it wasn't accepted. When I tried doing it again it crashed or whenever I try to feed back on the app
