I had many frustrations w/ this year's app. 2018's was fabulous, so if the tourney directors changed developers... Go back to the last team! My litany of complaints (Android, S8) 1-more than half the times you open it, can't get past the opening screen. Almost like it thinks it's a screen shot. Can't swipe any direction. My stubborn fix?? Open & close til it works. 2-Impossible to figure order of play. 3-Difficult to see previous matches unless you go to player (could go on no more allowance)

When viewing the scores from yesterday, the app keeps refreshing every 15 seconds or so to today's schedule. If I click into a particular match to view the stats and then click back, it takes me to today's schedule rather than the scores page. Very frustrating. I don't understand how these tennis tournaments have literally all year to perfect their apps and they publish them with so many errors!

stuck on splash screen. at Indian wells and cant use It. very frustrating. FOUND FIX!!!! you must tap the screen when comes up. If you wait until next screen comes up you get locked out.

order of play needs to list the order for each court not all mixed together. stopped using app and went to website were it does just that.
