Used it many times and been good. It is unreliable during busy times, eg Saturday night. I have booked 3 cabs and none turned up! I think it's because people hail them down before they get to pick me up.

It seems to be very hit and miss. When it works its ok but when it doesn't its rubbish. Also sometimes when i book it says its failed then a cab rocks up!

I had a galaxy s3 and it worked. Moved up to s5... now... as soon as i hit "book now" it just returns to the first screen. Doesn't even book the cab. Have tried several times over the past few months to no avail. Please fix.

why must drivers abuse this system? ASAP does not mean drive -away- from the customer for 25 minutes and then cancel the job because "they can't find you"
