I see alot of bad 1☆ reviews I've had this camera and app for months now I've had no issues, ive had no connection errors at all the only issue I can see with the app is that it lags a little. I get every moment and sound detection, and can view anytime any where. Needs some tweaking done to the app 😊

Cant even get my email to register so I can use the app to set up my new camera. Have tried multiple emails and haven't recieved a single confirmation. Can't get a hold of anyone to help.

Changed Modem now camera comes up with serial number is used contact after sales support. problem is no technical help is offered just contact the supplier. (now out of business). could not recommend.

This camaras are a joke the keep freezing every 5 minutes and you need to re start them and if your not go away in vacation is like not having none.

App works sometimes for weeks without problems, other times won't work for weeks at a time. Camera wont stay connected to wifi, and has to be completely reset to be reconnected.
