Not at all reliable. Cancelled my confirmed booking the next day and unable to refund money instantly. By the time the amount would be refunded it would be time for our trip. Will bear the loss of complete stay, Travel etc just because of their loopholes.

This apps not responding atall and giving a wrong search result always.If you call to customer care they are saying to book through website which also not a good option.

I m surprised it has good ratings. Personally feel it needs a lot of work. Why cant they follow airbnb app.
