Have to force stop to unlock door or add tags. It will unlock once, but then fail to connect a second time until the app has been force stopped (not task manager). If it lets you add tags take your time or the app will lock up and you need to force atop and wait 5 mins. This is on latest android version on samsung. Yale clearly don't want to support their £200+ lock.

Stressful, unable to remove key fobs, no support, no security updates, non of the app functions actually work, even trying to open the lock using the app is sometime-ish and takes multiple attempts of me standing in front of the door twisting my phone like a clown. Great lock but the app sucks and reduces the lock functionality close to zero. If not for 'Samsung smart things' app rescue, I would have returned this over priced lock yonders ago. In short DO NOT BUY YALE SMART LOCKS

If anyone here is wondering how to change the re-lock time or the tone volume levels. You need to borrow an iPhone off of someone to do that. List of bugs I have found 1.) missing lock settings 2.) Will NOT work offline (you will be locked out if you only have this app as a key and you have no data or WiFi) 3.) I'm now having trouble managing NFC tags...

Tags wont add and now the app has logged me out, wont accept my password as correct. When tapping forgot password, it says it cant be sent to this email address even though it's my correct one. Lock works fine with alexa and smarthings but this app is embarrassing

Two notifications won't stay selected; unlock vibrate and play unlock sound. Soon as you go out of notification screen they switch off. I've now dropped it to one star would give it 0 if possible. Still doesn't retain notification settings and for some reason key credits disappear. Is this app ever going to be updated?

Unlock works great. Locking remotely results in deadbolt not moving and errors reported in the app. Although manual operation works perfectly. The app is pointless. All that is required is Bluetooth, well that is a lie. My daughter was locked out because she had no Internet connection in order to verify her virtual key so the app doesn't show you have a key Caching of the key seems obvious. Store on the device atleast whilst offline. Please fix. Support is nonexistent. Emailed twice
