This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing XWidget Pro on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file directly into LDPlayer.

Have given this app all permissions, I keep my cache clean,and still I have to remove and reapply widgets 4-6 times per day because when I actually need to look at them for the information I have them there for; the information is WRONG. Running a moto g power 2020 w/A10. Talk to me Developer.

Update 15.08.2020: New widgets don't appear under Local tab. They either don't dl or don't install. 😒 Update 03.01.2020: I read a comment that version 1.94 works so I downloaded the .apk from a non official source. After 24h I can verify it works. Disable the auto update! Update : no matter what I do it still doesn't work. I followed all the steps and instructions mentioned but nothing. The latest update broke it.

So on top of this app constantly freezing the widgets will disappear from my download list. Today (like many other days) the app froze so I went to reinstall it and now when I go to download a widget it tells me it has successfully downloaded but its not there... why did I pay for this app if o can't even download widgets??

Samsung a71, wont work unfortunately. I've been using this app on my v20 for a long time. But on a new a71 widgets will not download into local tab. Batteey optimization is disabled. Hopefully this will he fixed soon. :)

turned off battery optimization for the app, downloaded some widgets and when I add them to the screen it shows a non clickable blank widget, rebooted, cleared cache and app data and its not working. I used this app a few years ago on other mobiles and it worked well. Free version is not working. Using Android Oreo on Sony X Compact, on a Lanix X240 it shows and lets you configure but frozes after a while. Any suggestions on how to fix it or should we wait for an update?

I'm totally disappointed with functionality of this app as the app freezes often and does update locations in their widgets despite giving permissions and all. Tried on multiple phones but no luck and confirmed shortcoming in this pro app. The only thing is widgets has been nicely copied from other brands.

Do not use any "Kill processes" or "Release memory" app to kill the XWidget's process , Doing this will cause the clock widgets stop update. Or You can add XWidget to the ignore list .
If your clock/weather widget stop update, please allow XWidget Auto-Start in Android Settings>Permissions
