There is some lag, and occasionally need to reconnect the cameras. When the app updates, it locks you out. And you will have to sign in again. Update 24/09/2020 - The app has improved in the meantime. Much more stable than before. Update 07/01/2021 - much, much better app after updates. Update 15/06/2021 - something happened after last update. It is not communicating with my cameras.

Rubbish app. Cannot establish connection with camera - stuck at 20%. Also, it auto loggs off my account every few days or my cameras disapears so I need to re add em every few weeks. I have two 360 home security cameras and and problems non stop with them. Very unreliable both app and device. Many times I was away and I couldnt monitor my home due to problem with secure connection. 😡 Avoid! If you need to secure your home use more serious brand. Xiami is selling us cheap stuff in nice package.

Didn't detect my new vacuum. When I manually selected it, it says it connects but "failed to send a message" and ultimately it does not get added to my device list. From what I've read maybe it doesn't support special characters in the wifi key... But it's not 1999 anymore, those characters have been supported for twenty years. It'll be a pain to change the wifi password for all my devices because the new device can't pull its own weight. Also, why is an online account even necessary?

After last update the app awfully slows down with same phone, same card and same wi-fi. Even short video gets stuck when I'm looking it. Smooth transition is absent between and into short video. And again was stopped to record the long video to phone. I'm upset and afraid to use it, inspite I need with app every day. Please, fix all bags as soon as possible! Or return version maybe, because each further is worse former, and what's reason for update??

Please add: Adaptive icon; brink back Google Assistant integration. Some screens are very slow to load, specially vacuum functions. App becomes entirely unresponsive while it finishes.

This has been fantastic for years, but setting brightness or colour temperature of bulbs through the aquaria hub has been broken for a while. I'm not sure if features are being disabled to get us to move to google.
