The app is rigged: whenever I have a bad experience with a restaurant, it NEVER let's me to add a negative review, all the app does is to give a prompt saying "Let the store know what you think" and that's it, the submit button won't work even when I already had selected the amount of stars (rating) and left a feedback comment... the same prompt appears over and over again each and every time I press the "Submit" button.

This is one of the worst if not the word food services companies out there. Constant issues with orders missing items and instead of a refund they give you a coupon which would not be an issue if you actually use the coupon itself on your orders but you cannot because they block the coupons and when you complain about it next thing you know they block your account and no one has any idea why it is blocked, how to unblock or whats going on. All they tell you is, its a widespread issue. Avoid!!

Orders always damage or missing items. Customer service just wasn't your time and when they say you will be getting a refund you don't. Had to waste even more time disputing payments with my bank. If you are in desperate need of a food delivery service use a different app or might be easier and cheaper to pay for an Uber/taxi and pick up your food. If you are a fan of wasting your time you have chosen the right app.

Like most food delivery apps, the prices are a bit high, but the service is useful and reasonably priced with a coupon or promotion. I like the fact that you can track your order in real time, with a map that tracks the delivery driver from the restaurant, all the way to your location. Very convenient and useful when you can't go out.

The app is not working, when I try to create an account the screen automatically returns to the main manu.. I cannot use any option, phone, google or anything to sing up, and therefore I cannot buy any product. Worst experience ever. Uber eats it is waaaaay better, even rappi which also sucks, but not as much as this one

Sometimes the app doesn't show me all currently available options and only displays like two or three places. It always gives me problems with the cards two. Delivery people are great, app sucks though. And don't tip through the app.
