They are big time thives...i purchased the subscrition and they didnt make it work and they refuse to give me my refound even tho it didnt work.they just replied it was not a valid reason.they wont give you your money back no matter what they would come up with an excuse to not hand your money back!!!

Ever since the last app update, your app takes forever to load anything up. And now it hasn't worked at all since the 19th. Why did it stop??? You really need to fix this or I will be forced to go somewhere else and uninstall this app. Also it doesn't provide the child's posts or child's side of the conversations in social media apps.

Customer service is nonexistent! Please dont list a creditcard on their site as they can change pricing at any time & bill your account w/o your knowledge. Had a hard time installing,after 4 days of trying to reach someone I was told the app on play store didnt work & they sent me a link. I cancelled after one month but they continued to bill my card. Im currently disputing the charges because they charged my cancelled account w/o my consent. Getting a refund is a nightmare, try another app!!

this program SUCKS!! DO NOT BELIEVE what they say they can do!! I paid for a full year subscription and got ripped off!!! you can not get a refund because this company only believes in stealing your money and not delivering a program worth standing behind!!

This app to be used only by parents to supervise their kids cell phone activity to protect against online dangers (cyber bullying, suicide prevention, online predators and inappropriate behavior) as well as Federal/State probation officers required to monitor sex offenders by court order.
