The app and the camera itself are garbage. they do not work properly if at all. setting up with the app make sure you turn your phone in to airplane mode first and only turn on the wifi or it will have issues finding the camera. its slow, has no configuration settings for the bulb at all, the worst app ever.

Poor. Could not set up device initially using Nexus 6, despite repeated tries / recycling WiFi and GPS as directed. Had to complete initial setup on Asus ZenBook tablet, after which Nexus 6 could connect; but app crashes somewhat frequently and randomly. Cannot turn bulb off if it's on due to motion sense until (undocumented) motion sense interval expires - even if motion sense is then disabled, bulb turns off but then immediately comes back on. Recorded video displays in extremely small circle on mobile screen during playback - too small to make out any detail.
