Customers will be able to earn and redeem benefits using Wotzon Rewards. All they need to do is to simply check in once at your venue and let you whether they would like to earn or redeem discounts or gain loyalty bonuses at the point of purchase. Once they have checked in and spent money with you any member of staff with the Wotzon Rewards Merchant App on their phone can verify their spend by inserting it in a field on the app. Customers can get extra rewards from Wotzon Rewards so they will be eager to have this information accurate. You will also be able to see how much money has been spent by people using the Wotzon Rewards App.
You will also be able to be see the details of people that have visited your business and communicate with them and encourage them to come back and visit you.
