The app was ok, it could be used easily, we haven't had any problems scanning the QR code. However, I would like to point out that the opening hours of the desired museums/tourist attractions should be checked on their own site. Unfortunately we couldn't visit neither the Copenhagen City Hall Tower (because it has only 2 tours/day, and this wasn't mentioned in the app), nor the Church of our Saviour (which should have been open till 7 PM - based on the app, but it was already closed at 6 PM).

Easy to use, great way to see Copenhagen. I was able to buy 2 cards and transfer one to friend. Not connected to Google Pay so have your credit card ready. Tip - to use card for first time, click "use CPH card" and then "my cards - activate" from drop down menu. Its text not a button so easy to overlook.

Super easy No issue. Scanning cards or qr codes all was working smoothly. Even shifted cards between devices without hassle

App is very good but I have regular problems with the QR code for my virtual card being difficult to read by the various ticket offices. I see that my QR code is partially obscurred by another element in the app. On iOS the QR code is completely fine. If it makes a difference, my phone is a Xiaomi Mi9.

Have downloaded the app twice and each time I can not get past the privacy statement , it is not giving me the option to accept so can go no further . Very disappointed as going to Copenhagen soon and am planning to use the card. The app would have been helpful 😕

Good App. Lots of people complaining about not getting past screens and display not showing all the info. Tip, reduce the font size or screen resolution on your phone this will solve the problem. Setting-display-font/screenresolution
