Also, to protect Udigo rider, we apply Emergency button and message function that the rider can share their trip details with their family and friends to Udigo Rider application. Thus, you can enjoy Udigo without any worries about safety.

Seamless pay
You do not need to wait until the payment process will be finished. Your fee will be paid automatically in the app when you arrive at your destination. You just need to check your receipt at the end of the trip.

We apply a very systematically developed fare calculation algorithm to Udigo, so we can provide service with very rational price. Also, before you tap the ‘Call a driver’ button, you will always see the estimated price up front, so do not worry about the price until you arrive at your destination.

How to use
Udigo is easy and simply to use!
1. In Udigo app, enter your pickup location and destination and then get a rider
2. Your fee will be paid automatically in the app when you arrive at your destination. Experience today the fast payment system of Udigo by registering payment card beforehand.
3. You can check the trip receipt immediately in the app. After check your receipt, rate your Udigo driver. The rating system will be the precious resource to Udigo team to provide the better carpool service.
