For as expensive these cameras were when we purchased them, I expected to at least be able to connect to them when outside of the home. The app crashes every time it is opened. The camera loses connection every day. We have had customer support attempt to help us in the past but never had a resolution. They need a serious app and firmware update!

I'm sick and tired of seing the LOADING SYMBOL! I'm not getting my videos people! I get the "motion notification, but the video is loading forever! I bought two cameras, and they're expensive, are you kidding me!?! And the dumbest thing ever is when you, customer service instead of helping, you respond with an apology and a link to the technical support, AND IN GOOGLE PLAY YOU CANNOT SELLECT ANY TEXT AND CANNOT FOLLOW ANY LINK!!!...

Unable to login to the app on a Pixel 3 with Android 10. Receive a connection error and no type of internet/cellular data connection fixes this, nor does uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Frustrating. We bought this for our nursery and we can't rely on it to stay on baby monitor mode while on wifi. Sound will randomly cut out and video is hit and miss. Edit: camera just keeps telling me "loading" and after attempting to reset it numerous times, just decided after 18 months of terrible experiences it is time to upgrade. Do not reccomend this camera at all.

Issues on connectivity every time. Through mobile LTE can't connect despite the fact at home camera running under fiber Network through WiFi with distance shorter than 3 meters direct to router (no walls, obstacles etc). When in need never had the opportunity to whath home... so unpleasant in contrary of the very well done job in health sector. Disappointed for the support of this look like great hardware product

I've been unable to set up the camera for over a month. The app doesnt work. It'll either just quit while trying to connect to the camera or after I input the wifi password. It just disconnects and makes me start over.
