The apps design is super user friendly although it does not have English version. However, its lowest fare guarantee policy is too stupid. You could not compare the fare with their own website. I have reserved a hotel room, I found the price dropped a lot serval days later on its own website. I tried to claim it back however the customer services replied me that I could not compare the price on their own website and the claim is needed to submit within 24 hours after reservation......

I cannot insert credit card info after i select visa/mastercard. I click on card number row, and wanna insert number. Keyboard popup but disappear. It keeps flashing out keyboard and I cannot insert anything about my card.
