With all respect to the teacher and the guy who skipped leg day, but these are not very realistic scenarios. No body launches one slow attack then holds his pose for 15 seconds and let's another guy just wail on him unimpeded. You may both be amazing practitioners but these demonstrations are not very good. Not very impressive or realistic.

While I think it's great I do think it's abit unrealistic but still I'll just drill these moves with the rest of my Mma training for afew extra tricks

It is by far the best wing chun app out there. I like the clear instructions and the repeats on the videos. Well worth the money. Now only if my phone could turn onto a wooden dummy. Cmon google i believe in you.
