Brand new S10 5G came with a Villo speaker, app wont even start. Crashes on launch. Terrible. i will edit this if the app is optimized.

App worked then stopped working after updates on Androod Samsung Note 9 and Galaxy S10+. have emailed, no useful response. going to take speaker back to shop or report the ACCC.
