From my experience they don't care about drivers and treat them like rubbish. where uber rating is over 500 trips,there's is over 50, you could have completed 200 trips with no issues and because one complaint from one trip they will block you without even speaking to you first.The first you will know about it is when you go to log in and find out you have disabled as far as they are concerned there is one side (the customers)and nothing else matters. Very unprofessional

Complete rip off , they gave me a penalty when they checked my car and after that they didn't get sorted out! They said they would do , but after that they've never answered the emails ! Please AVOID! 0000 Customer service! Waste of time and money!

In my opinion there is no regards at all towards drivers. Now they want to raise the commission except u do a certain amount of jobs a week. This is not what I agreed when I join,They send pictures of shoes they want u to wear and colour of suit and tie like we are making thousands with them but the truth is i have stayed in W1 for 8 hrs without receiving a single job and had to pay congestion for no reason. This is breach of contract,they cant change the commission...I will seek legal advice.

As driver for wheely, may clients not rate or take there frustration out on a driver by giving them a low rating regardless of price or traffic or anything out of the drivers control. we are just drivers and have families to feed. if our ratings drop below 4.75, our contract is terminated and we no longer can work. most of you on here have a rating of 4.5 and below so you can see how hard it is to maintain. if price is a issue then do not use a professional chaffeur service and get a uber.

App constantly freezes. Not working properly. Be aware!
