Das hat eigentlich nichts zu tun mit der App aber man bekommt keine Rückmeldung von den Vermietern. Also, sometimes the app doesn't give me the notifications, when I receive a text from the owners. If I don't answer immediately, I lose that apartment offer just because I wasn't notified by the app.

Optimization of the app got really worse. It keeps opening in the background autonomously for absolutely no reason. Too much ads. User friendliness got worse too. It worked great before this major update

It is easy to navigate, although most landlords don't seem to respond on time. If it is possible, take down an ad if it is no longer available.

The new version of the app is horrible. They are showing less information in the search result to force you to open every ad separately, so that they can show you more ads... but in thos way, it's a waste of time to use the app...

Update 21.9.2023: This app disappointed me because I filled a form for Schufa but I didn't send and sign it, though the app sent a Schufa request for me without my permission. And it took 3 weeks and a lot of time writing Emails so that Schufa gave my money back. It shows that app may be unreliable in dealing with personal data. 2020: It really got better than before, much user-friendly.
